This is an ongoing issue with almost all corporations - e.g. they seem to only be in business to serve themselves and their executives while caring very little about customers. Customers are a nuisance, a necessary evil if you will, and nothing to concern the company with. From banks, to insurers to starbucks to car companies, none of them really compete on the merits of developing, nurturing and keeping actual human customers happy and well taken care of. Its long past the time for the pendulum to swing back from this state of affairs to something a tiny bit more customer centric. Ford, you are just another in a long line of companies that really just don't seem to give a S*** about customers anymore. Also, Happy New Year's everyone!
