Does anybody have a corporate phone number to call for a major complaint? I have all the Customer Care numbers and have called them all with no satisfaction to my issue. The issue is that I was supposed to get the one year free trial for ford connect on February 9th. I have been calling every Monday since with zero timeline of when this will be connected. I have had enough with the run around and have decided to escalate this issue to corporate. Thanks for your time, Gene

Not sure about any other numbers, but I've found if you demonstrate the patience, they will come around. Ask to speak to a supervisor again and again. Eventually you will get to someone that says they are the last point of contact.

Confirm you are on a recorded line. Then ask them to either resolve your issue, get you to the person that can, or have themselves recorded hanging up on a customer. You have time.

I've used this a couple of times with other companies with good success.

Done all this. I have called them every week sometimes twice a week since February 9. I think I have talked to every manager and supervisor in all the departments that have said they are working on it. That's why I am looking to call corporate. I'm done with dealing with ineptitude
