Last year I ordered a 2024 RR but it came in damaged in transit so I decided to pass on it. I decided to be patient and wait for a 2025 model. Yesterday I bought one about an hour drive from my home at a dealer that I had worked with previously. My experience was good and the process was very smooth as there was no trade involved and I paid MSRP for the 2025. Some other dealers still had markups on 2024s which is nuts. Now the fun starts to customize a few things. My first thing is to get a local shop to do a spray-in bed liner as this one was not ordered with it.

Here is a picture of it sitting between my 2020 SuperDuty and my son's 2024 Colorado Trail Boss. Honestly, the trail boss is really nice and a good value for the cost ($42k out the door). I'm just not a Chevy guy and like the 3.0 V6 in the RR.

What kind of damage did that 24 sustain?

It was body damage to the right front fender. Looking back on it, it probably wasn't as bad as I originally thought as the dealer did get it professionally repaired. However, when buying a new vehicle it is hard to pay a premium when it is damaged. Either way, I'm excited to have the '25 RR to enjoy.

Yeah... I traded my Mustang GTCS for a 2025 RR a month ago and couldn't be happier. I was only charged MSRP with some dealers still trying to sell for more for 2024 models. LOL

I strongly suggest LineX for the spray in bedliner. Also get the UV protectant on top of the coating. It will last longer, feel smoother and the color won't fade.

Congrats bud, you'll enjoy driving it and having fun. By far the best truck I've ever owned.

Excellent choice in color scheme!

Thanks. I have owned a good number of white Ford trucks and really like it on the RR. I do like the look of your bead lock capable wheels as well.

Thanks for that recommendation. I will definitely look into LineX and compare to the other options.

I am already enjoying how it drives and rides. I am amazed how smooth it is on the road and how the suspension just eats up the bumps and railroad tracks. I've done a couple quick mods: The Stubby 2" antenna and hood struts which work great.

I've ordered the Weathertech mud flaps and will be getting the bed sprayed and front windows tinted soon. I'm also planning to do a catch can as well and seems like UPR is the popular option. Any other catch cans I should consider? Any other mods that I should add to the list?
