Extended warranty from Granger Ford

I know there's other discussion on the warranty from Granger, but I'm wondering how your experience went with them? Did your warranty info show up in your Ford pass app? I appreciate any info before purchasing. Had the warranty on my F-150, but didn't get it from them.

By the way, really like my new Ranger! Great truck!

Mine did. I think the key is that you have to use the same email to purchase the warranty as what you have associated to the Ford Pass account. I think I read that before I purchased it and I had no issues.

In the email I received from Granger it said. "If you have a Ford Pass account, please allow up to 30 days for this to reflect on your Ford Pass account. Your name and email address need to match exactly on the contract and Ford Pass account information for it to appear.

I just checked with Granger about when it would show up in Ford Pass app. They said

"Ford Pass App had an update with their app and the warranties are no longer showing with in Ford Pass. They are aware that they are no longer available in the app. Ford Pass is trying to fix this issue.

So does anyone know when this Ford Pass update was? Do others still have it in the app?

Thanks for that new info. I've been checking my app even though they said to give it 30 days. The email I got from them also said to contact Ford customer service if it didn't show up.
