I made a post a few weeks back about this same issue. Ultimately I just use the Bluetooth only now. Haven’t had an issue since. Ford Motor DM’d me directly and gave me a CAS # to take it back to the dealership to possibly fix the issue, however I have not gone. I do know If you use carplay and the usb cable to charge your phone at the same time it’s super glitchy, so if your doing that it may be the problem.Hey! This is my first post here. I've owned my Ranger Raptor for almost a month. It's an incredible vehicle, but Apple Carplay consistently fails. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or should I use regular Bluetooth until there is an update? Thanks!

I’m not sure what you mean by mount? I have an iPhone SE (2020) with the 17.5 software update, if you meant type.What phone mount do you use with Bluetooth? I may go this route.
