I'm putting a 2.5in leveling kit on my '24 non raptor. My question is will a 275/70R17 fit without rubbing issues? I know I can definitely upsize to a 265/70R17 but would rather go bigger if possible. If anyone has any insight on this that would be appreciated.

Its going to depend on your wheel offset.

I did 265/70/17 Mickey THompsons on Ford Performance wheels these wheels are an inch wider with the same 55 offset, so all of that 1 inch is inboard. They where super tight. No rubbing, but you cant get any closer. Bronco wheels are a 35 offset I believe which would move everything an inch outboard. On stock wheels, the 275 is only .4 inches wider, so it would probably not rub. 275s are .6 taller, which would only be 3/8" on each side of the tire, with a lift, I doubt they would rub.

More importantly, make sure you don't max out your shocks.

I have purchased the Ford Performance wheels 8.5” rim width 55 offset. Just waiting for my truck delivery. Do you have any pics of your truck with that wheel/tire setup you can share? I’m worried I’m going to be too tight to the suspension. Thanks!

It is really tight, but it never touched. I had about 4,000 miles on that combo before I swapped to my winter wheels and tires.

Wow, that’s very tight. Looks like no more than 1/2”, perhaps even less. I appreciate your reply. I will give it a try and if I’m uncomfortable, I will change to something else. I really like the FP wheels mind you. Thank-you for taking the time to post send a picture. 👍🏻

That photo is what the clearance looks like on my stock FX4 with the 255 tires. I can't get a finger in there, so it's less than ½". I suspect that a wider tire with the same offset might rub.

I have a 3 inch leveling kit with 18l wheels, originally 265/60/18. I stayed with the 18” factory rims and put 275/70/18 KO3’s and no rubbing

That's my goal, with a 2" strut lift(once they come out) Is the picture of the 265s or 275s? kind of looks like 265s.
