Took my OEM Ford BFG KO3's off my Ranger Raptor at 500 miles. They are in like new condition. Absolutely no issues in the 500 miles I had them. I switched them out because I wanted a tire thats a bit better in the rain, which KO3 (and KO2) are known to be just average at for an AT. Otherwise I really liked them, pretty quiet on the highway for an AT with good grip all around, and they look GREAT.

New a set is $1300 or so depending on the shop
Ill sell this set for $850 because this forum has been super helpful to me

Local pickup available in Northern VA / DC / MD area

4?, not 5 tires? Didn't it come with a KO3 spare?

Ill be doing a lot of highway driving with this truck so went for a Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Amazing tire at everything on road for wet grip/noise/comfort/milage, but definitely loses to the KO3s offroad no contest (also looks way more mundane than KO3s).

I used my Ranger Raptor as a daily and work vehicle and I'm very happy with the KO3s. I have about 8k miles and they are a great all around tire. You likely won't notice much of a difference in MPG, performance or road noise to warrant the cost of purchasing new tires. Also like you said. It must look weird without aggressive tires. Post a picture. Haha

Love the Defenders also. Had them in my Taco, 2019 Ranger, but I off road now so not on my Raptor. If I didn't off road, I'll go your route.

KO3s are great and relatively quiet, but theres massive difference with the Defender LTXs for traction and noise. Dead silent on the road and a MASSIVE traction advantage in the wet. Worth it for me! Perhaps not worth it for others. Im just glad there are many good options for tires these days.
