I've been in production for 130 days now. Yesterday, I realized that the Ford App has misplaced the current location of my VIN in Michigan. For the past 110 days, I've consistently seen my Lariat in the parking lot, but yesterday it vanished. Any ideas on why this might be happening?
I thought I read a few years ago on the 5G forum, that if you plug a wall wart into the AC outlet, that will keep the "shut down" process from being active at a stop.

I started production on January 19th. It's frustrating that Ford hasn't been more forthcoming with information. We understand there's a quality control issue, but we'd appreciate clear communication about it and a plan for resolution. This lack of transparency is exasperating...
For clarity, the 4x2 version has Posi traction on one wheel as the default. However, if you do have the option "to lock" the differential and once the button is pressed, both rear wheels will have no slip, or to say it differently, Posi traction.
Let's hope that all the "built" rangers that still show "in production" are being held for a mass release e.g.- OKTB. In hopes of a FORD Ranger Sales event, whereupon they provide a low credit rate and some good incentives to buy.
Yes and yes. The good news is that now this thread has a spy lariat that’s awaiting rail shipment. Just as soon as I see movement, You guys will be the first to know that something’s up.
Yes, Still in production (started on 19 Jan). My thoughts is that since I was "awaiting confirmation" from the head unit. Someone either did me a favor or, wanted to listen to music driving it over and pushed buttons until the radio controls appeared.

2WD Lariat with spray in bed, chrome package, heated steering wheel and wireless charging.
-Went into "production" January 19th, 2024
Originally, I ordered a 2019 Lariat. The problems I've experienced with it are:
1. A/C blows cold on drivers' side, but hot on Passenger side, Ford said there was an air flow diverter assy, that had failed. Cost to replace was $3,200 (I declined)
2. Sirius (mode) resets to AM radio after each...
I have the 2019 Majestic Blue Ranger, and soon a 2024 Velocity Blue Ranger (in production as of today) Keeping it clean is not an issue. It appears good to the eye regardless of if it's been washed today or washed a week ago.
