First mods: Bedrug and window tint on Carbonized Gray Ranger Raptor

Hey everyone! New member from West Michigan. Took delivery this past Friday. Installed the Bedrug and had the driver/passenger windows tinted to match the factory tint on the rear windows. Loving this truck so far!

Tint is 20% as that seemed to match the best.

looks very nice!!

The back glass is just privacy tint and does nothing to keep the heat out. FYI

Yeah, good point. Maybe an upgrade in the future.

I see you have a 2020 ST. How has the trans held up for you? We have some pretty severe hard shifting, specifically when down shifting. Of course, it started happening after the warranty. We are considering taking it in and seeing if anything can be done to prolong the life of it.

Bedrug looks good I think I want to do this on mine. Did you already have spray in liner? I'm wondering how it will lay on since I do.

My Raptor did not have the spray-in liner. It feels really nice, we took it to the beach last night to watch the sunset. Really comfy to sit on and crawl around in. I would strongly recommend it.

The Bedrug looks awesome. Are you planning on putting a tonneau cover on or are you gonna run it open to the elements? I'm thinking of doing a Bedrug and Truxedo Pro X15 when mine comes in.

Yes, I ordered the Ford branded Embark LS tonneau cover. I think it is just a rebranded Retrax Pro XR? I am also planning on the Kuat Ibex rack to go on top of that.

Nice, I had a Retrax on my F-150. They are awesome if you don't mind losing a little space at the front of the bed. I really liked that you could lock it in at any point when hauling something oversized.

I was having the same problem, and I was in for my oil change and had them do a trans relearn and it has been great ever since.
