I'm one of many stuck with a Ranger built in early Jan. with no delivery in site.
I noticed earlier this week that a Raptor was in transit to the dealership where I placed my order with.
Confirmed it's shipped with a delivery estimate of Today to the 27th of June.
Figured it was spoken for but emailed the dealer today. Turns out it's not spoken for after all.
Person working with me has been watching inventory keeping seeing if another unit will work, but so far they have all been missing something.
This one has everything i want.
Only down side of course is added price (but really the RR seems like the best deal of all the Raptors)
Gas millage.
And decreased towing capacity at 5500lbs.
I kind of wish it had been spoken for so I wouldn't have to make a decision.
It does mean I'll have to rethink the travel trailer I get. Might even end up with a pop up instead.
Decisions, decisions....

If you did not order it the dealer can charge you more from 5 to 10,000. Ask them if they will sell it to you at MSRP and if yes go for it!

Just got my RR last week. Like Hawk said. If you can get it at msrp get it. They are a bad little dude. And I haven't even got to kick it in the butt yet. Traded in a 18 F150 4x4 and this thing makes it seem like a chuck wagon. Almost like a lifted 4x4 sports car. Makes this old man smile

Yeah it has way more power than i need. But a better/smoother ride especially for the kids in the back seat will be nice. Don't ask what i'm driving right now :D

Def not going to pay a 5k admin fee. Will see how it works out. Thats pretty much my thoughts at this point. If i can get it a MSRP then I'll jump on it.

You could keep looking up until you take delivery. There are more and more Rangers on the lots, and sometimes a Raptor could fall in your lap without an ADM. I think you would like either one.

I’m pretty damn happy with my XLT. I’ve towed a very small camp trailer a couple times and it’s been great. No complaints.
The Raptor seems cool but I wasn’t interested in the price or mpg.

My ordered Lariat built 2/01 is still parked at MAP 135 days.
I gave up at took a lariat that had almost everything I wanted,
Missing the bed steps and door code pad and different color
The Jan and Feb builds that have been delivered are stained and acid rain etched and rust underneath so at this juncture would not want it anyway

I would go for the Raptor. I ordered my Ranger Lariat last June 2023 and took delivery last month (may 2024) Truck is very nice however thinking of a 2025 Raptor now.

Don’t give up! Make them an offer. Maybe add in paint/interior protectant package (high margin),

My dealer started at $18,000 adm, settled for less than $2,000 with paint/interior and dealer financing.

you won’t be disappointed with the RR…
