If you're a member of the Everything About The 2024 Toyota Tacoma Facebook group, be cautious. The group appears to have been compromised by what I can only describe as absolute bottom-feeding, scum-of-the-earth scammers.

The supposed "admin(s)" has been posting suspiciously good deals on parts, part-outs, and other random items. I suspect an admin's account has been phished and taken over, giving scammers full control of the group with fake "admin" accounts.

DO NOT buy anything from this group, especially if it's posted by an Admin.

Stay safe out there boys.

Thanks for the heads-up. Do you have some coordinates so we can call in an A-10 for a little BRRRRRT! action? Seriously, though, these scammers make me furious.

My first rule is to never buy anything off of a Facebook site other than Marketplace, which is always in-person. Most of the Facebook taco sites are just poor quality. While there are plenty of folks who are well-meaning, some questions are just, well, dumb and show you're just lazy. The answers are just as bad.
