Same boat. I live on the west shoreline of Lake Michigan so it might be nice enough to do outdoor mods in June.

Guys and Gals... I spend a few minutes out with my truck and figured out how to access the module... it is pretty simple, it requires removing 4 x 7mm bolts and 5 plastic scripts (plastic clips with a plastic screw in them) from the wheel well felt liner. once you have them undone you just sort of wedge the liner out of the way and you have access... when I get these and do the actual install, I will be putting the truck up on a jack and taking the wheel off to get better access but it isn't strictly necessary, you could turn the wheel all the way out (left for driver side) to access the screws and scripts then once that is done turn the wheel back in (right for driver side) to get the access you need, but I think having it out all together will be easier. Here are the photos I took on the driver side. I tried to get the far enough out so that you can see where I am looking. from the top it is inside the front corner of the quarter panel and looks like a little heat sink. from the bottom you see a black pad looking thing, that is attached to the horn and above that you can see the heat sink again... hopefully this helps set minds at ease... one thing I didn't see in this Quick Look was the bracket that they show in the instructions but I was only out there for like 15 min cuz it was cold and windy. While I'm on the fence about this particular one, I love seeing your detailed Youtube videos taking stuff apart and finding ways to mod the Raptor. I'm waiting to see the one on the Amber DRLs as well before thinking about committing to it.

What worries me is less the access and more the fact that that bracket they call out in the instructions doesn't exist on the US Ranger Raptors.
