I feel like that's too much to pay for a non-hybrid 4-cylinder Tacoma. Currently have an order in for a Ranger Raptor, ordered in June, confirmed by Ford but no vin/build date yet. Haven't been impressed with Ford's lack of communication or transparency and I'm starting to think about what that'll mean if/when repairs are needed down the line. Ford and Dodge trying to market themselves as more luxury brands will most likely be accompanied by higher repair costs and ain't nobody got time for that.actually base on Toyotas website where you can build your truck.. you can still get almost ALL the same tech and features having a MT or a AT.. only thing I can see you won’t be able to use between the 2 transmissions is remote starts
in fact I made my own build if I wanted to switch to them

If the hybrid Tacoma is available before my Raptor is produced then I'm going with Toyota. Preferably a TRD Pro or Trailhunter, but I'll settle for a hybrid TRD Offroad with the bilstein suspension. I'm anticipating a mpg-rating in the 30's for the hybrid which makes it a no-brainer for daily and recreational use. The Raptor looks sexier but the Pro and Trailhunter aren't far off and it's honestly a non-factor for me...if I can pull baddies in a CRV then I call pull baddies in anything lol
