My Raptor has pulled to the left ever since delivery and it got an alignment at the dealer yesterday and they claim it’s within spec and tried to tell me it’s probably just the road crown. I spent a good hour testing on various parking lots, roads, and highway and when the steering wheel is centered the truck very clearly still pulls left. I attached a video of cruise control holding the steering wheel a few degrees to the right to go straight. It’s like that no matter where I drive.

Will be taking it back to dealer in the next couple days but anyone have an idea of what could be the issue assuming the alignment IS within spec?

Alignments are a mechanical thing, they are either aligned or not and you should of got a print out of what the alignment machine says and what the adjusted values are or were.

The wheel looks aligned correct but the steering column cover is probably misaligned giving the appearance is a bad alignment, when its just a fitment issue.

Or it's tire related. Swap with the rear and see if it changes.

Also make sure the tire pressure is correct.
Sold tires for 40 yrs. and a bad tire or incorrect pressure can cause a pull.
If it was a good alignment tech. tire pressure would be checked first.
A brake caliper hanging up can also cause a pull.

After driving more and looking at videos of people driving I think you’re right it’s more of just a design flaw than anything. Just my OCD getting triggered lol but I’ll get used to it. Still gonna have them send me the alignment values to double check as they didn’t give me a print out when I picked the truck up

I’d like to see if I could assist with your pulling concerns. Can you please send over a message with your VIN and estimated mileage so I can start looking into this on my end?

I thought mine was pulling to the left when I first got it too. I then realized my steering wheel marker stripe is what's not centered.
