Was checking on a few things under the hood and found this cap laying just on top of the left side valve cover. Did a google image search and came up blank. Looks like some sort of dust cap. Wondering if it was dropped during the build process vs something that has come off. Any ideas what this cap is for?

Definitely looks like something that is put on during production and isn't needed for the long haul.
