My 2024 Ranger Raptor is at Ramp 59, Dearborn Truck MI

Hey All,

Been reading the forums, and like all of you - eager to get my hands on the Ranger Raptor. Here is my update - looking if anyone has heard the same thing, or has any information on the "infamous" Dearborn Truck, Ramp 59.

Current Tracker As-of 03/14/24 (I have read all the comments about no need to hide the VIN/ORDER, but I choose to - if my dealer is on the prowl).

Update from the Dealer:

What I gather from this information is that the Truck finished Production on 01/30/24, Even though the Tracker does not indicate so. (Read many reviews about the tracker not being accurate/not updating until the truck has my a$$ in the driver's seat).
Been reading a good bit about Ramp 59, Dearborn Truck. A lot of the reviews are infamous. A lot of the reviews indicate the truck is just waiting to be loaded and shipped. Checking in to see if anyone on the forums here has the same update. Contacted FoMoCo marketing, and they weren't even able to produce that the truck had completed Production (My guess is that they just go off of the tracker). Any guesses on ETA to the center of the country (Outside St. Louis, MO)? Feels like we could be getting close as long as it doesn't sit in that lot for 3 months.

I am attempting to get the windowsticker from the dealer, but they are slow to respond. The tracker mentions the option to obtain it, but not seeing the capability. Anyone know of any other method to get the window sticker? I hear those indicate whether the Truck will be shipped via Convoy/Rail.

Hey, I'm also in the STL metro (IL side) so I can tell you what I've found.

I was in production and built around 1/18, no movement since. I don't have the dealer vinview screenshot like you but I assume it's probably the same. My window sticker lists delivery via RAIL, Ramp One RA6K. As far as I can tell RA6K is just the designation for the STL rail yard.

I've spent some time using Ford's vehicle search feature to find Ranger orders at all our local Ford dealerships. I checked every order I could see within 50 miles and none of them had moved beyond "In production", raptors and regular rangers.

To me this likely signals that no orders in this region have shipped at all, likely waiting on shipping logistics to line up. I also haven't seen anyone on the forum in surrounding states mention their order has shipped, either. The only southern state I've seen so far has been Florida, nothing in IL/MO/AR etc. People in every other direction have seen "built" and "shipped" status in the last week or two.

I do know my truck was turned on (and likely moved) 2 weeks ago when my FordPass connection request was denied. This was the first movement I had seen since January.

Hopefully once a train becomes available, both our trucks will be loaded on it and headed this way.

I do know my truck was turned on (and likely moved) two weeks ago when my FordPass connection request was denied. This was the first movement I had seen since January.

Same here. Likely moved and now my Fordpass activation was denied by primary user (likely person moving it) just a bit ago today. Still waiting for shipping, but maybe getting closer to that.

Latest update says it is production, secondary status "Produced", with estimate ETA of the first week in April.

Forgive my naivety - but is this indicating a blend date of 03/20/24? Meaning production is 03/20/24? That wouldn't match up to the information provided from dealer about when Production was completed.

Anyone have a ford windowsticker "Key" that shows what each field represents?

Nope, skip the first digit (the '3') and read it as YYYY/MM/DD. It should be pretty close to your production date in the tracker.

I'm over on the KCMO side, and I have the same rail ramp 1. I'm wondering if ramp 1 refers to the plant loading ramp since we have different delivery rail yards.

Seems likely that it's the plant loading ramp. I'm in the south and showing rail ramp 1.

I'm in STL as well. My window sticker says by rail to RA6K with the vehicle still In Production. My vehicle has been stuck in the In Production purgatory for 58 days now.

Mines been in production since early Feb. I've been led to believe that jan and feb builds are being held for software updates.

As far as I know that was just a rumor started by one person with no evidence. Haven't seen any official sources saying anything about software updates and plenty of early-build rangers have already delivered.

I've actually seen a list of software issues, but can't get a list screenshot to load. Can't figure out if it's on my end or a site issue. But if the list is real, I would rather wait and not deal with the many glitches.
