Initially ordered in May, switched to retail in August. Was elated to finally get scheduled for 5/13. Now that has slipped 3x's. Hey Ford, I purchased a 2020 Shelby GT500 in 20, a Maverick in 23 and hope to buy a Ranger in 24 not 25. Now going to do deep breathing exercises to lower my blood pressure.

Good thing you didn't want a Bronco, because this was the normal for a long, long, long time. (I waited 32 months for my 2Dr)

It's really for the best to not pay attention to the tracker, seriously. The worst thing anyone can do is plan a vacation, family event and so on and hope their ordered vehicle arrives before then.

Also, the biggest reason a lot of orders have their build date jump around is more than likely a supplier hasn't been able to provide the required amount of parts calculated/needed for the vehicles scheduled during that period so the orders get pushed out in hopes of the needed parts arriving.

I'm basically speaking from my Bronco experience and it, for the most part, applies to the Ranger/ Ranger Raptor.

Maybe not as true today, but a car sitting in hot and cold weather without being driven for months on end was always bad for them. Hoses and what not.

What options on your truck? I know the beadlock wheels have been listed as a limited commodity recently. Mine has been holding strong at its 6/10 build week.

I was explaining this very disturbing point to my wife this evening. Told her how glad I was that after mine was built they shipped it out by rail immediately

Yeah, at this point I just don't get it. They should be able to get those vehicles to ppl and make it a priority.

Yep, Mine was built during that snow storm in early January on the 12 so i'm sure lots of salt is just sitting on it.
