Who is putting holiday lighting on their truck? If you've already installed yours, post up some pics and how you attached/powered the lights.

My plan is to pick upa cheap colored light strand to go around the bed and use the 110v bed outlet to power them. No idea on attachment yet, but that's for future me to figure out.

I use red masking tape for attaching the lights on my red T-bucket roadster when I'm in the Christmas parade. Works real well and easy to take off when you want. You can get masking tape in lots of colors at Walmart. Zip ties work well where you can use them too.

I decided to give the tiny command strips a try. Here is the result. Powers up only when the truck is running, and off as soon as you shut it off. Which begs the question, why aren't the bed outlets powered on in key on, engine off (KOEO)? Seems kinda silly when you may want bed power and not die of carbon monoxide poisoning, like at a tailgate party. But I digress... pics or it didn't happen.

That looks great and I totally agree about the truck having to be running

Wish the normal Rangers taillights lit up like the Raptor's. :(

Command strips don't seem to want to stay attached, so going to replace them with the black masking tape. It was worth a shot. The clips will be repurposed for hanging lights in the kid's room or trashed.
