That is the screen that comes up when your saleman goes on locator and clicks on the orange wrench indicating a field service action from Ford. My truck has the same one and I already talked to the mechanic at my dealership that does the pdi and he said the enhanced pdi is just checking every single thing as opposed to just taking it out of transport mode, making sure fluids are full and caps on and peeling stickers and seats. I'd guess your truck is at the dealership and he is ambiguously telling you it's taking a while because of this fsa. Ask directly if it is at the dealership. If it is, just show up. They can do the pdi while you go through finance.

Hmm, Ive been asking ford chat and my salesperson for about a week now and I've been told by both of them that its just sitting at its final destination since the 12th, really frustrating waiting on my truck to get here when the "final destination" before my dealer is a hour drive away.

Ok, that may be where it transitions from rail to truck but has absolutely 0 to do with the fsa. I am a Ford salesman.

Sometimes - like in rail transport, the trucks are rolled off to Union run Ford transportation hubs and the dealership has no leverage on when they get around to getting them to the dealership. I was lucky - they moved it from the Tampa rail yard Union run transportation hub very quickly. Came in at 4am on a Friday morning and was at the dealership late that afternoon so I was scheduled for my pickup the following Monday. Wishing you speedy Good Luck 👍
