Tried ordering cargo rails, been cancelled twice. Ford is good at selling. Not so good at delivering.

They cancelled my J Braces “At your request” after two months. Which is not true…. I was very mad, got mine from Australia. Screw Ford USA.

I saw your other post and sent the an email to check the availability of the non-Raptor part, they asked for the VIN but I haven't heard back. Hopefully they have it

This is the non raptor vin. I ordered one about 2 weeks ago. They shipped and arrived to the US pretty fast. The waiting part is customs it seems like.

Got mine is AUS too, thanks to you John. 2 wks to my door in Canada, super smooth transaction.
Now to find a shop I trust to do the install (cuz it’s not gonna be the dealer, that’s for sure)

My order was pushing 90+ days on backorder and I just cancelled 4 days ago and went with EGR USA aftermarket set that is due to be delivered this coming Monday.

My Memorial Day order was canceled over a month ago. I called and complained because I used a coupon that had gotten a great discount. They sent me a coupon that expired just a few weeks ago now.
Still no J braces to be ordered...

Like everyone else, my current order is back ordered.

Pretty terrible not being able to use our trucks with toppers/caps while we wait for @Ford Motor Company to supply a simple part that many of us didn’t know was needed when we ordered our trucks…..
