Did the front level kit and then did the Forscan VDM adaptation myself after.

I followed the instructions for the Ranger Raptor, putting it in Engineering Test (ET) mode first.

Initially the values were what I'd expect after the lift but after several tries with Forscan, I cannot get the values to 0. They all stay at 2.

Thoughts?

Thanks.

IIRC i had the same outcome. Not a zero reading. The 2.0mm does ring a bell. I'll try and check when i get a chance.

Mine fluctuate between 0 and - 0.04" which would be a -1mm after calibration.

While we're at it does anybody know how to do the part circled in red here?

Ha. I didn't even catch that part! I was focused on the lower section which took some research.

I did mine after it had sat overnight. Not sure if that is better or worse for temperature calibration.

Side note that my headlights were way out after. I had to manually adjust them down.

Here is the link to help you. For what ever reason you need to unplug the sensor and then recalibrate it. I did this on my bronco and got zero after calibration.

I beleive that was just so he could get the vdm to show up in the menu? VDM was already in my menu without unplugging a shock.

It makes the calibration for it pop up under VDM. I’m going to add a lift and change my tires this summer on my RR I will try making a video of the process to calibrate the height.
