I took delivery of a brand new 2024 XLT. Three weeks after delivery I was driving with flip flops and noticed my foot was getting wet. I then noticed I had no AC condensation running under the truck and that it was coming into the drivers side floor from under the dash. I brought it into the dealer thinking it was an AC drain but it turned out to be a cracked heater box. It could have come from the factory like this. No replacement parts are available yet and I am waiting. Just curious if anyone else has seen this yet?

Not exactly but my AC didn't work when I got it. After 3 trips to the dealership, they were finally able to get it fixed. Problem was leak at the expansion valve. 1st time they said they replaced the seals at the expansion valve. 2nd time they said they replaced a line to the expansion valve, said it had a hole in it, probably from the factory. 3rd time they said they replaced the expansion valve, said it was the wrong expansion valve (for F150) installed at the factory.

Was a fun Spring and beginning to the Summer.

Good luck!
