Hi everyone!

I'm waiting for my new Raptor from Spain and I'm going to use it for 4x4 trips and adventures.
I need to see what storage ideas you have, to carry luggage, rescue items, cooler, etc.

I would like to see pictures of your trunks!

Thanks!

PS: sorry for my english.

Thank you!

I had also thought of dividing the bed in two parts and in one part put a drawer and in the other maybe a sliding tray like yours.
I didn't know the Milwaukee Packout mounts but it seems very useful!

Why did you put the wooden boards? To avoid drilling the bed? or are the boards drilled?

Thanks!

Still working on mine, I had a box in my F150 that didn’t fit in the Ranger and I wanted a tonneau cover. I bought and returned several different storage containers and settled on these. They would have been perfect if they were an inch narrower so they could be turned in the other direction. I don’t really need the straps because they don’t slide around on the heavy RANGER mat but I can run it through the car wash with the cover locked open when the bed needs a rinse.
I still have to label them and shorten the straps.
I use the pole with a hook on one end mounted with small “quick fist” clamps to retrieve the boxes and push them back into place.

I used laminated melamine boards to make it easier to remove the slide-out and Packout mounts easily. I can also use one or the other if I don’t need one set for some reason. I did install some latches on them to tie them together when both are used but one already broke and they were not needed.

I mounted textured standoffs on the bottom of the boards to bring them off the bottom a bit in case of water and to keep them from sliding.

When I install them again in spring I’ll probably move the slide-out to the passenger side for weight balance reasons. I wanted it on driver side because of the power points but the Delta 2 Max doesn’t reliably charge off of the 400w AC outlet.

Word of warning… Don’t expect anything to stay dry and clean if you use a tonneau cover. The bed on this truck leaks worse than any truck I’ve ever used.

Yeah swiss cheese under the bed rail caps. One guy took them off and put vinyl over the holes. I think it would be a good first step, then the tailgate.

No doubt! I'm glad I didn't spend a thousand dollars on a hard cover. I'v never experienced a truck that had so many openings in its bed.
