Bed lighting after mounting solid fold cover

I mounted an Extang solid fold ALX cover and needed some light back there . A puck light on either side , just inside the tailgate does the trick . Velcro tape and they stay in place .This is my 3rd truck I’ve done this with. No wiring issues , just change the aaa batteries every year or so. Also my custom bed stick / retriever now lays in the bed with about an inch to spare. I had to lay it sideways with my 2020 Ranger . Seems like the 2024 bed is a little longer inside by an inch or so

Nice! Too bad Ford didn't give us a simple switch back there to turn on the bed lights that were factory installed, or have them turn on with the puddle lights... but the puck lights seem like a nice workaround.
