I have a 2024 Ranger. When I am in town the back-up bulbs are good enough because of the ambient light. But out at the farm in total darkness they are so dim they are nearly useless. I need to replace the bulbs with something with more lumens and 5000k+ but I don't want to spend a bunch of money. I know diode dynamics has them but I would like to go a bit cheaper. These are the diode dynamics mid range bulbs. They are $60 for a pair. https://www.diodedynamics.com/backup-leds-for-2019-2024-ford-ranger-xlt-pair.html
I have also seen some backup lights that fit in the hitch receiver. Does anyone have any experience with these?
Maybe I am just being cheap but I would really appreciate anyone's experience with this.
