I like this Engineering stuff. Its all about Metallurgy and Batches of Valves produced in a certain time line failing on the 2.7L Bronco.
It sounds like Ford test the batches of Valves and should have caught this. Hard to detect though.
The MI Wayne factory has way too much going on. Producing to many variations of the Bronco.
I wish the Ranger was optioned the way the ROW get's their trucks with packaged option. Then maybe you would not be waiting a more then normal time line to get your new truck on the road.
