Respect!
I had considered going with something like that as well but I don't have the skill set. I can get you the dimensions and elevations of the bolt holes to save you the time and effort of figuring those out. It was pain in the ass due to the cramped space. I went through 3 low quality prints until I had the elevations right.Man, now you have me going down the compressor rabbit hole. Looks like that compressor is about $350 for the kit (if I'm looking at the right one on ARB website). And I can make a mount for that spot easy enough. I don't have access to that good of a 3D printer but I have a plasma table and a press brake so I can make one out of formed steel plate no problem.![]()
That would be great. ThanksI had considered going with something like that as well but I don't have the skill set. Thank you! It was a fun project. I need to do an update to the post with how I finished the install. I tore apart the ARB factory wiring harness to get rid of all the extraneous wiring for lockers etc and ran that into a CH4x4 switch in an aux location.Great Job! I've been looking everywhere for a mount since I got my 4Runner. I took the ARB out of my Jeep when I traded her in. How are you running the wiring for it? My plan was to run the switch wire to one of the factory AUX switches but I will need to run the power to the battery.
