Link is good now! Unfortunately I can't get anything to work, I relearned the PCM and AWD modules and still nothing, tried both recommended OBD II adapters, tried launching FORScan as Administrator. Gets to 18% after I write the tire circumference change and then gives me 'Service Procedure Interrupted' error. No DTC codes to reset, everything just goes back to original state. I'll surf through the comments on that forum you sent to see if anyone has said anything about it. I appreciate your help!

Are you change the AS BUILT or the other one?

I've been trying to change the human friendly language body control module. won't let me change anything in there, but I can change things in other modules and it will write them just fine.

Not sure how to help you, I would check with Forscan, like forums or google it.

I had to update forscan to the latest version in order to do anything. I also noticed that the stock tire size was different than the actual size that came on the truck from the factory. The stock size was 2386 but actual size was 2444. I put 285 70/17 Toyo rt trail tires on my truck. I changed my size to 2440. I’m 1mph slow on my speedometer at 70-75. I can live with that. I had to relearn the pcm and awd modules.

Thanks for the heads up, looks like they just released a new update in the last week or so! I was able to edit the BdyCM and change the tire size finally, I set my tire circumference at 2500mm (285/70r17 BFG KO3 should be 2612mm according to the calculator) to account for some squish in the tire and it’s reading 75mph @ 75mph 🤌

Your truck looks incredible. Did you need to swap the swaybar links or any other components besides the spacer leveling kit? I wanted to level my Lariat but worried that the spacers would break the geometry in the long run. Do you think that could be a concern If only running spacers? Thank you.

The spacer kit comes with new sway bar links. After an alignment, no issues at all. I have been running this now with the tires for two months and a few K miles. Offroad and all, not issues!

Do you recall what your tire circumference value entered was? I've tried 2760 down to 2699 and all say it's out of range. Trying to find the max allowable and leave at that. The steps you provided reference the issue on 15

Do you know if adjusting that also adjusts the ride height? I see an option to adjust "wheel arch height adjustment" in the ipma module

Stumbled upon this image in the forscan folder, wheel arch is the ride height. I adjusted that as well. I think the measurement is to top of fender, but that came out about an inch higher than what I lifted the front end (2.25" RPG + 0.9" incremental radius of tire), so I just added 3.15" to the already entered value.

My tire diameter comes out to 2760mm circumference, but even 2699 was showing a couple mpg high at high speeds. I backed it down to 2629 and will test again. If that works then the input should be about 95% of actual measured.
Ford Ranger 34" Tires and Forscan for tire diameter change works on the 2024 Ranger Lariat! wheel_arch

I am not sure on that one. I actually went down to my final number because the speeso was a couple MPH high with the calculates circumference. I played a round with the number until my radar detector MPH matched my speedo. When the truck was stock, my radar detector matched perfectly, so that is what I was shooting for. My speedo now matches that and most of those "Your Speed Is" things on the road, at least when it does not tell me Slow Down LOL.

That's what I ended up doing as well. The 2,629 came out perfect, so think 95% of actual should be a good starting point for anyone else making a change for larger tires. (I corrected the value in my previous post)
