I've been looking for full width steel off-road bumpers for a Ranger. Ranger Raptors have a different front end,
I want to use a light bar, and aux lights in the bumper wings and ready for a winch.
I did find bumpers in OZ but I have doubts as outside of US, those countries are fully metric and may not fit the US version of fractional system without modification.

I've looked at many sights of which I can find plenty for FORD F150, Bronco and all Raptures but none for 2024-25 rangers.

The Ford Ranger is currently assembled in two locations:
  • Michigan, USA: The Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne, Michigan, is the primary production facility for the Ford Ranger in the United States. This plant is responsible for building the majority of the Rangers sold in North America.
  • Thailand: The Ranger is also assembled at the AutoAlliance Thailand factory in Rayong, Thailand. This plant produces Rangers for global markets, including Australia, Europe, and other regions.
  • Ranger engines are made in Mexico.

From what I've seen companies are still developing aftermarket accessories for the new ranger.

Additionally, the 2.3 and 2.7 engines are manufactured in Ohio. Although I'm not certain what merit that plays into this.

There are a couple out, ADD, not a fan of that one. Now of you don’t mind spending a bit for shipping; Hammer has a great selection. If you’re not in a rush SVC will come out with theirs, I have had them on my full-size, great product and company.

They hammer has a big selection for Bronco, F150, F250 and F550 but at this moment no rangers of any years.

Yeah, the truth is we are not in the TACO market.
I could be wrong, but I believe there were less than 5 Rangers at Sema this past November.

Rangers don't even fall into the bronco market either. Where they had aftermarket offroad parts already developed within the first 6 months of its debut in 21.(4wheelParts had early access to the Bronco before it was release)

Australia's number one vehicle is the Ford Ranger. So their market for offroad parts and other upgrades were available at a much rapid pace. Ford even gave access to the Next Gen ranger to some companies to have parts available when they released back on 22.

The truth is, we just don't have as popular of a platform as other vehicles in the market in the U.S. such as any of the Toyotas, Jeeps or Land Rover.

I did find two companies in OZ that have plenty of ranger of different types of off=road bumpers and will ship to US.
My doubt is as those are fully metric and may need modifications to fit the US Rangers❓

As for your question, I would start looking outside the U.S for aftermarket Bumpers and pay the price for shipping. I just don't see any "to be developed" bumpers coming out anytime soon here in the U.S. Perhaps end of this year we could see 1 or 2?

OR you could fab one out yourself? 🤔🤷‍♂️

Have a local Fabrication shop make one for you. ?🤔🤷‍♂️

I would run the risk of not having perfect fitment. Sometimes that's the dice you have to roll in this early stage of not having aftermarket parts for our vehicle.

I may have to check out local places to modify their existing bumpers?
I live in the same county this custom shop is located.

Is this the Hammer site?
Aren't RR bumpers different that the other Rangers?

No, typ in Hamer Thailand, they have had Gen6 since 2023, a lot of Raptor but they are building for the other levels. I believe the tow hooks on all levels are the same fitment. Let me measure my bumper length and that would tell us if it will fit.

I spoke with the Australia people about a chase rack, l believe the rack was $950.00 , with Tax and shipping to Washington State was $1,500.00 ish, ended getting Rihno but I love all their stuff. Look on YouTube they have some videos out of down under, good luck!
