Is that orange/brownish rubber piece on the strut the only bump stop on the FX4 Ranger? I know the RR has a separate one that attaches to the frame. I guess I need to take another look around the suspension. If that's the only bump stop I think it will mean it should still work with a spacer...

I stumbled onto these guys, not associated with them so don't know the quality of their product but it looks like they machine the parts to customers spec. It looks like they can make any wheel spacer or hub ring that you want. I'm thinking they can make a...
Any thoughts? These replacement shocks say they fit 2019-2014 Ranger's and provide a 2" lift. I'm watching Texas Truck and they are trying Tremor shocks from the 5th gen Ranger on their 2024 Ranger. It looks like they use factory springs so there shouldn't be a difference in spring rate from...
Does anyone know if the RR has longer control arms than the standard Ranger. I was wondering because of how it would effect wheel offset, also suspension travel but thats a different question.
I've been really trying to figure out what I want for an overland build. So far this is what I've come up with for a parts list.
rival front bumper: not available yet
Rock rails: T6 Extreme Rock Slider?
18" wheels with 275/70R18 tires
decked drawer system
bed rack, only level with the cab
up...
This size would give an increase of 1.05" in tire radius and require about a 1.5" lift. I'm thinking this might be the best option for the FX4.
Any thoughts?
For reference stock tires are 255/70R17 = 31.1"X10"
I was wondering if anyone has tried a 285/75R17 yet. I think it might be the biggest tire that fits within the crash bars. The real dimensions are 33.86X11.26 I would like someone else to be the guinee pig ;).
I noticed when the truck is running via remote start that the A/C really steps up when I put the key in the ignition. Anyone know if the A/C is running at all with it in remote start. I need this for my dog, so its kind of important.
