Running on 305/70 R17 Ridge Grapplers with +30 offset. No lift or levelling kits for my car since the V6 Philippine version doesn’t come with crash bars. Had to order these tires from the US since the Philippine market doesnt carry this tire size. Felt the stiffness from the bigger tires and a little vibration at 90 to 100kmh.

No one caught the stiffness and the vibration at speed he spoke of?
Are these E rated (10 ply) tires? Could they be too heavy for the truck? It looks awesome but sometimes the suspension on a mid size truck can’t handle 3/4 ton truck tires.

Not really. I changed to E rated 285/75R17s on SAS wheels and did not see any adverse effects.

I mean I had some occasional vibrations at first, but it turned out to be that system that keeps you inside the lines way to attract attention any time you got close to the lines.. Had me seriously doubting my wheel balancing for a while..

I may have to re-think then. What pressure you running with those?

Would'nt lighter tires like load range C make a lot more sense on a truck this size?

They would but they don't exist in this size. C Rating caps at 275/70R17.
